1. Scope of Services
MiM LLC provides consultancy, management, marketing, training, and technical support primarily in the waste management, environmental compliance, and business strategy sectors.
1.1 Included Services:
Strategic consultingWaste stream assessmentMarketing strategy and executionTechnical training and educational programsWaste and secondary raw materials (SRM) monetization servicesOperational management supportDigital and automation tools integration
2. Engagement Terms
The client agrees to engage MiM LLC for the services specified in the signed agreement, proposal, or invoice. Services may be delivered remotely or on-site, as agreed upon.
2.1 Scheduling
Sessions, consultations, or project timelines will be defined upon acceptance of the service and confirmed via written agreement or email.
2.2 Client Obligations
The Client must provide all necessary information, documentation, and access to systems and personnel to enable MiM LLC to deliver the services efficiently and on time.
3. Fees and Payment
All services are subject to fees as outlined in the corresponding proposal or agreement.
A deposit or full upfront payment may be required.Invoices must be paid within 10 days unless otherwise stated.Late payments incur a 2.5% monthly interest rate.
MiM LLC reserves the right to suspend services for unpaid invoices.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information strictly private and not to disclose it to any third party, except as required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, methods (including the SAM Method), and proprietary strategies provided during services remain the exclusive intellectual property of MiM LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
MiM LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service rendered.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clients may cancel services with written notice of at least 7 days. If canceled after service initiation, a partial refund or rescheduling may be considered, minus administrative and delivery costs.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

1. Ambito dei Servizi
MiM LLC fornisce consulenza, gestione, marketing, formazione e supporto tecnico nei settori della gestione dei rifiuti, conformità ambientale e strategie aziendali.
1.1 Servizi Inclusi:

2. Termini di Incarico
Il Cliente si impegna a incaricare MiM LLC per i servizi specificati nel contratto, proposta o fattura. I servizi possono essere erogati da remoto o in loco.
2.1 Pianificazione
Le attività saranno programmate e confermate tramite accordo scritto o email.
2.2 Obblighi del Cliente
Il Cliente dovrà fornire tutte le informazioni, documenti e accessi necessari per consentire l’esecuzione dei servizi in modo efficiente e puntuale.
3. Tariffe e Pagamenti
Tutti i servizi sono soggetti alle tariffe specificate nella proposta o contratto.
Può essere richiesto un acconto o il pagamento anticipato.Le fatture devono essere saldate entro 10 giorni salvo diverso accordo.I ritardi nei pagamenti comportano un interesse del 2,5% mensile.
MiM LLC si riserva il diritto di sospendere i servizi in caso di mancato pagamento.
4. Riservatezza
Entrambe le parti si impegnano a mantenere riservate tutte le informazioni confidenziali, salvo che la legge imponga la divulgazione.
5. Proprietà Intellettuale
Tutti i materiali, metodi (incluso il metodo SAM) e strategie fornite durante i servizi restano di esclusiva proprietà intellettuale di MiM LLC, salvo diverso accordo scritto.
6. Limitazione di Responsabilità
MiM LLC non è responsabile per danni indiretti o consequenziali derivanti dall’uso dei propri servizi. La responsabilità massima è limitata all’importo pagato per i servizi.
7. Politica di Cancellazione e Rimborso
Il Cliente può cancellare i servizi con preavviso scritto di almeno 7 giorni. In caso di cancellazione dopo l’inizio del servizio, potrà essere valutato un rimborso parziale, al netto dei costi sostenuti.
8. Legge Applicabile
Il presente accordo è regolato dalle leggi dello Stato del Delaware (USA).
